Air conditioning installation
How to order air conditioning installation in Brussels?
Installing air conditioning is not a big problem: call us on +32 491 98 02 72 or send an enquiry by email to info@plaatsenairco.be. It is best to arrange a site visit with a technician before the installation to check the technical possibilities. Based on your expectations, requirements and the information gathered, we prepare a quote with the best terms for the purchase and installation of the air conditioner. Our technicians then carry out the installation professionally on the agreed date and keep everything tidy during and after the work.
How much does air conditioning installation cost?
The installation of a standard air conditioner starts from €490. The final price depends on the unit, the length of the piping and the situation on site, and is set out in a quote after the site visit.
What does a standard installation mean?
Usually such an installation is carried out in an already occupied apartment, a working shop or an office and takes about 4-6 hours. If other technologies or materials are needed, the price changes, because changing materials and work generates extra costs and time.
“Two-stage” air conditioning installation
A good solution during finishing works is to split the installation into two stages. The first part of the installation (dirty work) is carried out at the beginning of the finishing works. In this phase it is worth making the wall chases and laying the refrigerant piping, the electrical installation and the condensate drain. The second part of the installation (clean work) is carried out at the end of the finishing works or even afterwards. This is the moment to mount the units and connect them to the prepared installations, so the equipment does not get dirty or damaged during the finishing works.
The “two-stage” installation is especially interesting for owners of new-build apartments in shell condition, for example in new residential developments in Brussels.
